Or when your new paint project is complete simply authorise us to schedule planned maintenance painting at your project. This may be monthly, quarterly or annualy, dependant on the project scope.
Eg. Interior of condominium community 100 units. After painting all communal areas of this project we reccomended planned maintenance visits every 2 months. During this time we complete routine touch ups, repairs and repaint any damaged areas such as doors, walls,trim,elevator interiors, communal areas. Every time we complete our maintenance this property is pristine in appearance and all targets above are met.
